Blits uses The Courier Guy as preferred Courier for standard regular delivery. Unfortunately overnight courier with online orders are not possible.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
All submitted online purchase orders are sent to you via email.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The Products displayed on this Site will only be delivered within the Republic of South Africa, within the defined areas as determined by the Company.
The Courier Guy will attend to delivering your online purchases. The waybill number will be emailed to you once your order is ready for collection. You will be able to track your order on https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za.
Delivery can take up to 3-7 working days after payment confirmation.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
On delivery of the Products to the Customer, the risk in and to the Products shall pass to the Customer notwithstanding that ownership in the Products might remain vested in the company. The order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify in your order. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address and contact details.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The Products displayed on this Site are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa, within the defined areas as determined by the Company. All prices displayed on the Site are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications on Products and Services offered on this Site without incurring any liability whatsoever.
Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on the Site, there may be variations in the product colour and/or the packaging, thus photographs representing the product might vary from the actual product delivered.
Delivery cost are determined automatically by The Courier Guy. Their pricing and/or direct quotes can be requested via their website.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
There are a few important things to keep in mind regarding cancelling your order or returning the products you purchased.
- Should you wish to cancel an order, it must be done telephonically within 48hrs of placing the order to avoid unnecessary liability of courier costs. Please make note of office hours applicable.
- You can return the goods within 7 days of delivery for any reason without penalty but you will be liable for the courier costs of returning the goods
- Damaged or defective goods must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. The Company will arrange for The Courier Guy services to collect the goods.
- Only goods that have been purchased directly from us can be returned.
- Please ensure that the goods you are returning is repackaged with all elements and in its original packaging.
